The rules for joining are fairly simple, but please read carefully. If
I check your site and the rules are not followed, you will be deleted from the
queue.
1. Web
presence
-
To join you must
have a web site that is completed and published so it's available for viewing.
While portions may be under construction, I should be able to get a feel
for the content.
-
To join this ring your web presence must reflect interest in
Japanese culture. This interest may be in language, art, food, travel, anime,
heritage, history, music, etc. If there is no reflection of this interest
in the content of your work, you will be deleted from the queue.
-
To join you must be the creator, designer and
maintainer of a domain, collectivity, or web site currently viewable. Sites
with more than one author are accepted, as long as all other guidelines apply.
2. Female
3. Do
-
... show care in
its creation and maintenance of your site.
-
... avoid obvious errors in coding, broken text and
image links, and confusing or cryptic navigation.
-
... show creativity and good sense in its design.
If I'm blinded, confused, blasted by a sound file I can't turn off, otherwise
unable to deal with the design on a basic level you may be rejected. Most
folks will fit this guideline, but it needed to be said.
4. Don't
-
... submit a hate
site.
-
... plagiarize. Have a credits page.
-
... submit a site with extreme adult content. Tasteful,
artistic representations of nudity are acceptable.
As a ring for all ages, there should be care that young
and old are comfortable navigating the ring.
5. Expect
-
I WILL check the
code before I add you to the ring. Place the code up immediately after
submitting on the join page. The code will be given to you in the
follow-up screen. Your ring id will be e-mailed to you to place into the
code.
-
I will update at least
quarterly (every 3 months). Please be patient.
